I was very annoyed to discover that after the airline suggested we reserved seats if we wanted to sit next to each other, that the flight was only about 10% full. What a scam and a waste of money.

On return flight husband was told at the gate that he could not board the flight as he was not on the passenger list! We were also told that we did not fly up to Edinburgh on the morning flight! Mad. We had the boarding passes from the morning flight and the had attended a funeral In Edinburgh! what would have happened if flight had crashed & we were not on the passenger list?? Concerning and are the computers of Flybe up to scratch??
