The flight from London to Tallinn was very late at departure, but I was reassured by the Lot staff that this would have not impacted on my connection, i.e. they would have waited. On board they initally told me to ask about an hour before landing, and when I did they just told me to ask the person that would have waited outside the plane on arrival. This person sent me to the Lot desk in the transfer area, but after having been told to go upstairs there was no staff or indication of where I was supposed to go. I eventually found it after several peregrination, and they simply told me that I had to wait until the 20.00 plane to Tallinn because the other had gone. I was given a food voucher, which I discover at the restaurant was for ? 6.00 only, so not enough to pay even for a main course (being vegetarian I was even going for the cheaper dishes on the menu). Basically, the voucher value based on airport prices was not enough to buy a slice of cake and a coffee. I asked if they could provide the transfer from the airport because my work contacts could not come that late, and they answered negatively. The flight back from Riga to London was fine.
