We had a stop for 2 hours in Bali - but the onward journey was delayed 1.5 hours so we arrived late in Brisbane. No tea coffee or alcohol served on board. Toilets dirty. However staff were pleasant and the price was reasonable. I would try and fly direct next time.

My flight from Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur was fine and I found the experience very good however I cannot say the same for the reverse trip. I cannot believe that business class paying passengers are treated in such a cavalier fashion as those that travel with Malindo on this route. On their website they state the advantages of their business class travel experience (www.malindoair.com/the-malindo-experience/our-business-class) but this is not what they provide.
