Travelling with SN Brussels was quite awful i must say. AN experience I how not to repeat. Despite being cheaper than most airlines, the service was not so good particularly for a long flight. No blankets were supplied and we were really cold from Heathrow to Entebbe. To top it off, delays of more than an hour st Brussels meaning we got to our destination almost 3hrs late. To add insult to injury our luggage was lost (or so we were told due to Buggage handler strikes at Brussels). I kind if had a feeling this is business as usual as a couple of months back my mother and daughter lost he is luggage too on the same service. My biggest disappointment was that my lost luggage cane a week later into my trip with no apology plus I had to make a 40km trip to go pick it up. Just awful service never again. I rather pay a little more on Emirates with quality onboard service than travel cheaply with poor on board service.
