I just wish I could still fly from Gatwick. Why can we only get boarding passes 36 hours before flight? Both flights were on time it was a good flight.
Good all round service and value
My only adverse comment is that on the return journey I couldn't hear a word the pilot/first officer said over the PA system because he was muttering and gabbling and I like to hear about conditions and predicted arrival time so it was annoying. From comments I heard I didn't think anyone else around me heard either. Oh and the cabin crew looked stressed and grumpy although they were very efficient.
In urgency I have encountered difficulties with online check-in I had tried several times and nothing changed. Right after I searched your Web pages one contact number changes £9 per min that is over priced.. kept searching another available contact number at +443717002000 and kept me waiting for 16 min 6 sec and nobody answered that made me very stressful. Fortunately I could arrive at ABZ on time. Only this part is your company's aweakness area.
