Coming back I missed my flight! Had to stay in Orlando MCO overnight. The ground staff was so cruel at my explanation laden with luggage she demanded that I pull out a piece if paper for HER to write on! Of course I DID NOT. Her cowering staff did. She is an example of an office bully.
Lovely steward staff hit and miss with food and overhead bins for bags not available for all seats. Outward trip better than return overall
Having bought and paid extra for specific seats so there were just the two of us in a row of two, the aircraft was changed and so were the seating arrangements. This meant there were three seats and the third was occupied. This was compounded on the return flight when we had the same experience, and during the flight when I got up to walk around so as to strech my legs with it be a long haul flight I found sets of three seats occupied by just one person.
HORRIBLE.

It took an hour to purchase a sandwich from the cabin crew and food was over priced
The plane was like being on a budget airline for 9 hours but with a higher end price tag. The seats were very close together, so not very much room to move. There was no way to turn our overhead lights on, and cabin crew couldn't work it out either. Cabin crew were rather rude at times- when my partner asked if they had any idea how long it would be before the bathrooms would be able to use, he was told bluntly "when the turbulence stops". We were expected to sit for more than 3 hours without using the bathroom. Seats were worn and dirty, and the bathroom was filthy.
Paid over £900 for a flight without luggage and food not even free water never use Norwegian airlines again
