We booked our seats because it showed only 13 separate seats left but found out at airport this was not true so was not happy had to pay more money for nothing when seats available

Very nice
Norwegian provides a good service. It is good value for money. The plane was clean and the flight attendants friendly and helpful. Though we did not order the meal there were snacks available for purchase. In flight entertainment was good. Boarding and deplaning was efficient and quick.
On the whole the things that were within Norwegian Airline's control the performance was good and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. Only problem was getting off the aircraft at either end both of which were hamstrung by circumstances but added another 30-40 minutes to the overall journey time. Value rating is unquestionable. They are on the transatlantic routes in a class of one.
In-flight entertainment needed
Was threatened to be offloaded by over zealous gate check lady upon discovery that brief case was 11 kgs.... 1 kg over limit ! Ended up paying £80 to check brief case! Flight was half empty! Spoke with very apologetic chief hostess on flight who said would raise matter with ground staff on return
Too expensive for rescheduled flight
My wife and I flew roundtrip. Little sleep on the 10 hr. flight over, and I got 1 hr. sleep on the way back while being on the plane for 12 hrs.
Terrible airline staff is not good at all very bad services not recommend to flight to any one
Absolutely disgusting service, dumped on an inferior carrier, useless cabin crew, no inflight entertainment on 9 hour flight, only 3 working toilets out of 5 for hundreds of people, complained to Norwegian who can not be bothered to reply, never book with them again.
Will NEVER Fly again with this aircraft. I have travelled with at least 15 other airlines in the economy class. My trip was 9.5hours and I was denied a glass of water as I did not have a credit card and the airline does not take currency on board. I observed approximately 100 passengers in the seats in front of me and only the one who paid for meals were attended to which was approximately 10 people it appeared to me that the other 90 passengers were invisible. The flight attendance were like hustlers with the credit card machines.. lol

I didn’t go to Fort Lauderdale the flights were changed but your system and team don’t change the details. Pretty poor services
