You overbooked my flight then booked me onto the incorrect flight so I spent an entire day going to 3 different airports in NYC and flew back to the wrong airport in London.

The flight out was onboard an Airbus plane and so was the return, all things I had read seemed to suggest that the plane used by Norwegian for long haul was the Dreamliner. On the way over to New York, the entertainment system had developed a fault, this was not rectified throughout the flight, therefore nothing to watch over the 7.30 hours of the flight. It was working on the return but the movies on offer were old whereas my friend who did the journey the day before on a Dreamliner said the movies were very up to date. The crew on the return journey, I?m not sure where they were from but they were cold and unapproachable Not enough toilets on both planes either, lines of queues of people waiting to use them, and toilet rolls running out on both journeys.

Uncomfortable seats. No blanket or pillow. This airline tries to get away with the minimum while economy customers are made to sot crammed next to each other.

At JFK, a very busy airport we were expected to do a check in on a machine, then join a long queue to get a stamp which served no purpose, then join an incredibly long queue for security. On board there were little to no vegetarian options. However the staff were incredibly professional and receptive and the flight was relaxed and overall a good experience. The check-in however was a bit of a joke.

Delayed 2 hours before we flew out of Gatwick. I have been delayed 5 days now in NY. Worst airline in every way I have ever experienced! Put on a flight days after one day of snow. No help. No updates. Nothing.

No vegetarian food on the flight there and back, no on screen movies on the way there, and on the way back the headphone port didn?t work. Staff seemed stressed and weren?t very accommodating

not a very nice experience, did not know headphones are not provided, did know about no food or drinks so was prepared for that, so spent 8 hours flight, with no entertainment as no headphones and was not happy to pay 6 dollars for the cheap headphones. if enetertainment is there, headphones should be provided seems like next time i travel there wont be any movies either, at the rate flights are taking away the perks of flying.

Excellent value flight in lovely new plane. Meals are expensive at ?25 but you actually get 2 and drinks so that is fair.

Flight was comfortable, entertainment was good (bring your own headphones!) and the selection of food on the outbound flight was good. Unfortunately on the inbound flight they ran out of good early on so that was pretty poor, considering the flight spanned lunch and dinner times. Having said that I would definitely look to fly with Norwegian again. The aircraft was brand new and had modern lighting and window tinting. I was as comfortable as I could be given that I was stuck in the middle seat!

Flight was ok but we were diverted to Dulles rather than landing in JFK. We waited over two hours on the tarmac with no information or advice. At Dulles there were no airline representatives to give advice and our luggage was not taken off the plane. We weren't told about this though. After two hours we booked a hotel and left - arranged and paid for without any help from the airline - other passengers had to sleep in the airport. Over 48 hours later we do not know when we will get our luggage.

Very efficient leaving Uk & v nice staff onboard. Shocking food status on return. No sandwiches to order - used up in the way out & not re-stocked. Such a disappointment. Nothing substantial to eat - not very good. Happily your lovely steward found 2 hot meals for us. What about the other people who didn?t get to ask/anything to eat? Really shocked that we paid a good price for the tickets but then paid an additional ?100 Per Head for luggage & seats. I shall b a lot more careful next time.

If I could give a negative rating for this airlines I would. Horrible experience from start to finish - rude, clueless staff and cancelled flight with zero information on return leg.

You get what you pay for. Would ever fligh again with or recommend Norwegian. 3 delays totalling 9 hours, put onto a different plane with no entertainment on a long haul flight. Arrive 2 hours before flight to be told the check out desk was closed and that we couldn't get on the flight. The helpline number not helpful nor was the miserable staff at the airport. Uncomfortable plane and awful food. It cousins have been any worse. After Lots of tears we finally made it home.

Flight left very late from JFK. The last time I returned to the UK from the USA we had meals provided (though not from the UK to the USA). This time - nothing.

Outbound: clearing Immigration at JFK took almost three hours. US Immigration Officers were incompetent, surly and incapable of coping with Korean and Japanese passengers. Inbound: The flight was delayed by more than two hours.
