How to get from Zurich Airport to the city:
- By train — trains depart from the station located directly under the airport and take just 10 to 15 minutes to reach the city centre. Up to 15 trains an hour operate the route. There are also services connecting the airport to town and cities across Switzerland.
- By tram — route 10 tram departs from outside the terminal building, serving the city's central station in about 35 minutes.
- By car/taxi — journey by the A51 motorway takes around 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
