Gatwick at least you are able to use a lounge if you are a premium flyer JFK is a joke. You are only allowed into a lounge if you get a premium flexi ticket. Absolute joke after buying a premium ticket to be told that you can’t use any of the lounges. Especially so when flights are delayed,

Outbound flight was a charter aircraft with North African crew. Entertainment system was one step above zero, about 7 films to choose from the most recent being "Titanic"! At 18 stone i was wedged in my seat with NO legroom. I can put up with this on short haul but not for this length. Cost was no cheaper than Virgin once you have been stung for food and seat reservation. NEVER AGAIN - Norwegian sucks!

I despise the route through the duty free - perfume allergies and slow gauping passengers blocking your path who don't seem to have to get to a flight. And the windy route is like going to Ikea. I couldn't get out fast enough.
