Good variety of shops and eateries
Superb and efficient and very friendly staff
Outbound flight was a charter aircraft with North African crew. Entertainment system was one step above zero, about 7 films to choose from the most recent being "Titanic"! At 18 stone i was wedged in my seat with NO legroom. I can put up with this on short haul but not for this length. Cost was no cheaper than Virgin once you have been stung for food and seat reservation. NEVER AGAIN - Norwegian sucks!
Easy Airport to navigate.
More phone-charging terminals would be better, especially for those delayed by hours and needing to use their phones to work out travel rearrangements.
Busy but plenty of food choices available while you wait to board.
Plenty to look at and even though a very early flight, there were food and drink venues open
Wonderful staff, quick and professional in every way.
No dramas until the 2 hour sat on the runway.
No problems. Easy to find
4 HOURS LATE AND NO SERVICE
gate was too far so had to walk a lot
Increase mobile phone charging ports
Great facilities at Gatwick but could?ve done with a cheap, fast food outlet as a budget option.
Very efficient check in. No queues.
Fast security and good shops
Quick, easy, efficient, friendly, clean
Well-equipped. Good service through security, plenty of shops and restaurants. Much improved in recent years. Note: check-in machines were available at Gatwick, but not at JFK.
No rating will not fly again with this air line
Loads of things to buy and nice restaurants, at least if you compare JFK, T1, T2, T3 which I also used.
I despise the route through the duty free - perfume allergies and slow gauping passengers blocking your path who don't seem to have to get to a flight. And the windy route is like going to Ikea. I couldn't get out fast enough.
Too crowded and old
Water fountains much needed
Excellent airport, in my experience the best in the world.
No problem with airline or aircraft but the American arrivals procedure was very, very poor.
It really is showing it's age
Overall very good. If I was to comment....charging for seats that do not offer extra leg room is not something I would entertain.
We recovered our bags and passed through the terminal very quickly. We were very pleased with our airport experience.
Terminal 2 is excellent!
Excellent JFK and Heathrow
Excellent modern spacious terminal , fast entry check in & security checks
