Before submitting your claim
To obtain the refund, the other flight offer must meet the following conditions:

- 7Same marketing and operating airline
- 7Same airports for take off/landing and connection points
- 7Same travel dates and times
- 7Same flights numbers
- 7Same booking classes (for example, First Class, Business Class, Economy Class, PremiumEco, Economy Plus)
- 7Same passenger type and number involved in the trip (e.g. number of adults, children or babies.)
- 7Same ancillary conditions (bags, seats in-/excluded)
- 7Fares of both being bookable on both websites
Any additional costs that occur by booking insurance will not be taken into consideration in terms of comparing the offers.
