11 hour flight with no food 🤷🏻♀️.. options to purchase processed and expensive versions but all horrible
We were stuck in Oakland airport for over 1.30hours because there were issues with the conveyor belt. We missed our connecting airport transfer.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff.
They charged me so much extra for the few kilos in my hand purse which other airlines don’t include in their carryon. Then they didn’t even provide a cup of water or bag of nuts for an entire 11 hour flight! I had to pay a ridiculous amount for a cup of noodles and a small water bottle. I don’t even remember having the option to prepay for a meal if I had seen it I would have purchased it as I do on every long flight that doesn’t provide a meal free. The chairs had very little leg space and so I was very uncomfortable and if I wanted to go to the bathroom there was no room to get around the other people in my row they had to get up and move out of the way entirely.
