Aircraft on time, clean and comfortable. Crew and staff very polite and helpful on both initial and return flight. Looking forward to our next visit and we will use the same airline.
Flight was marred by a) insufficient information about location and extortionate cost of parking facilities at Manchester and b) erroneous information about routine bus link between Liverpool John Lennon and Manchester on return journey. This required time-consuming and expensive return via local bus walking main line train and tram. I should never have been offered Liverpool Lennon Airport as a return destination without a clear indication of the non-availability of routine transfer facilities between Liverpool and Manchester. Your current erroneous reference to routine transfer facilities by bus should be corrected.
delayed 1.25 hours returning poor communications re what was happening. Seat belt too short.
Plane delayed no information or apology from airport staff.
A serious need to change the layout of Aer Lingus business class is needed up all night with the economy class service trollers being pushed through from the economy class kitchen situated in the business class section. Vastly wrong will not fly this brand again! Not to mention the evasion of economy class travelers walking through using the business services and causing disturbances- refund needed
