KLM provides a fantastic service
Great and friendly service
Expensive. 1 hour delay in return flight.
Most parts of the journey were good but there was one incident with a steward (Accra to Schipol leg)that left me abit surprised and rather disappointed especially as I look to change from BA to KLM
Late departure (more than 1 hour)
By far the most horrible nightmarish trip I’ve ever had It’s understandable that KLM had problems with fuel pumping for their planes. It is their crisis management that’s most appalling. I was stuck on a queue of more than a thousand people for 4 hours. Only to discover that only 2 people were serving. After 4 hours they decide to send us away without being served because they can’t cope with the numbers. I was stranded in the airport for 2 days forking out a fortune in hotel bills. Today is Friday I’m still not home after 4 days of travelling. I’m broken and defeated and can only pray and hope that they don’t cancel my flight......again
Outbound over a hour late leaving without ANY explanatory updates (so we could have gone for breakfast while waiting). Return flight worse: tiny cramped plane four-seats abreast again late leaving. No helpful warnings in the huge Gate D area at Schiphol. Whole experience an eye-opener about cattle-class travel. Definitely taking Eurostar next time.
One of the worst experience. My outbound flight has been cancelled due to overbooking so I left later the same evening and inbound flight for cancelled until the day after!
