Hold baggage was included in price but weight allowance was not given until tickets had been purchased. Suggest that weight allowance is given with option to buy extra if needed prior to purchasing tickets.
The aeroplane was parked far away fro the terminal building and it took nearly 1 hour to reach the new check in as we had another flight. We only just made it after being rushed through with no time to get refreshments
We travelled to Koh Lanta which was excellent but the travell there and back spoilt our total journey will never use Lion/Air Asia again.
The outward journey was very good, plane left on time and arrived early. The return flight however was cancelled and we received no communication of this. We arrived at Krabi airport 2 hours before our schedule flight at 5. The flight was not on the departure board and when queried we were told it had been cancelled and we’ve been put on a later flight at 8.05. This meant we had an extra 3 hours to stay at airport and it impacted our transfer in Bangkok to our hotel. Not at all happy with this experience.
