Could not have been better great service only thing was seating needs looking at traveled with grandson and both trips we were sitting in different aisles and had to ask to change seats
I could not see an option to check in both my wife and I at the same time, this resulted in us sitting a couple of rows apart. This was the first time in over a hundred flights together
The gateway used in Lisbon is not fit for purpose. I looks like it was made for transportation of live cattle not people.
Flight delay for more than one hour. Queeing more than half hour to board the plane.
Very extremely poor communication with the clients. I will never buy a ticket from you again. I prefer pay extra money without stress.
Worse can not check in. U intend to rub extra money by not letting to check in
One hour delay on our flight to Lisbon and almost four hours delay coming back to Luton. Terrible experience.
leaving Luton was ok. Leaving Lisbon was woeful. Terrible organisation endless queues delays lack of information. Very very poor airport processes. There were 2 counters open for the whole airline. The check-in/bag drop queue was insanely long and again no information nor recognition there were only 2 people checking in queues of people for multiple flights. And then because I didn't have access to a printer on my holiday (who does??) I was told I'd be charged to print a boarding pass - what has travel come to when any airline can rationalise their thinking to CHARGE for a boarding pass? Please get a grip!
Too much cheating
I was very disapointed with the service.i tried to do my chef In on line an did not work. At the air port they made me pay for check in. I would like a refund for that
Wizz Air are the worst airline I ever travelled with. I also travelled to Cyprus & again it was a horrible experience. In fact I know many people who have travelled with Wizz & s as ll report dissatisfaction
