On return leg arrived very late in Dubai for connecting flight. Ground staff were out in force to meet those on flights already boarding and rush them through security and to the gate. It was very reassuring

Found from previous flights with same airline that food & drinks was not served as often. Had to ask for drink. Standards have dropped. Breakfast was a pastry & not actual breakfast disappointed.

Passport check area a nightmare. Security is important but it’s not an excuse for poor customer experience.

Manchester airport is an understaffed inefficienct airport. There are always big queues to get through security. On returning from our trip we had to stand in the rain without cover waiting for our taxi. If I could fly from another airport I would.
