The staff need to go on a customer care course. And for heavens sake sort out the sizing of what baggage allowance I’m actually allowed to take AND what will FIT into the contraption that measures it all! Horrendously stressful experience that ended in injury to my Neice’s Hands on the way outbound!

would never fly with Fly Be again. I will take Easy Jet from Bristol (longer journey) for a fifth of the price. FlyBe pricing is a disgrace.
