How to get to the city centre

Flights to Derry from London don't take a long time to reach the Derry Airport, which is located around 13 kilometres from the city centre. The easiest way to get to downtown Derry is by taking an Ulsterbus to Foyle Street in the centre of the city. Another option is to take one of the City Cabs, which are parked outside the airport terminal. They can be hired immediately and take just 20 minutes to reach the centre; unlike in other cities, these taxis do not cost a lot and you should be able to reach the city for approximately £11.00. However, the prices can vary and you should speak to the driver beforehand.
