Žižkov is known for its high number of traditional pubs and the giant, futuristic Žižkov Television Tower, offering a local feel. Holešovice is a rapidly gentrifying area with galleries and markets. Both offer cheaper accommodation and excellent connections via the city’s tram network.

Prague has an excellent, easy-to-use public transport system consisting of the Metro, trams, and buses. Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) is connected to the city centre via frequent public bus services that run to the nearest Metro stations, providing a seamless link to your hotel. When choosing your hotel, proximity to a Metro station, especially on the main central lines, will ensure you can navigate the city quickly upon arrival.
