The main Copenhagen Central Station is located right next to Tivoli Gardens, making transfers very straightforward. The city’s public transport, including the Metro and S-trains, is highly efficient and makes it easy to reach all attractions, from the Atomium (oops, that's not right - I'll stick to Copenhagen) to the Little Mermaid.

Hotel prices in Copenhagen are highest during the summer months, from June to August, when the daylight hours are longest, the weather is warm, and major festivals and outdoor events fill the city. Prices also surge during the busy Christmas period due to the seasonal opening of Tivoli Gardens.

The best value is found during the quieter winter period, from January to March. The shoulder seasons of April/May and September/October offer a great compromise of milder weather and lower rates. A unique tip for Copenhagen is to consider accommodation in the districts immediately adjacent to the core, such as Vesterbro or Nørrebro. These areas are incredibly well-connected by bike and public transport, but often offer rates that are noticeably better than those in the absolute centre of Indre By.
