For visitors who prefer a slightly more local feel and better access to transport and shops, look for accommodation closer to the main Belek Town Centre. This area offers smaller hotels, local dining, and easy access to the main roads for transfers to the historical sites. It provides a good contrast to the large resort complexes.

Belek is easily accessible from Antalya Airport (AYT), with transfers simple via private shuttle or taxi. There is no central train station in Belek, so local transport relies on taxis or the small local bus/dolmuş services that run to the town centre and connect to larger hubs. A hire car is generally only needed if you plan extensive day trips to Pamukkale or the ancient sites like Aspendos and Perge.

Hotel prices in Belek are at their absolute highest during the peak summer season, from June to September, due to the demand for all-inclusive beach and golf holidays. Prices also surge around Easter and the two major Islamic holidays, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

The best value is found in the low season, from November to March. The shoulder seasons of April/May and October are excellent for golfing, with beautiful weather and better rates.
