Propellor plane a bit noisy. Very quick to get on board at 6am at Edinburgh 20 mins from long term carpark to standing at the gate probably as good as you can get. Fuss free FlyBe

Ridiculously small dimensions for cabin baggage - far smaller than all other airlines. Numerous passengers were stung with a £50 surcharge for having to have luggage checked in (which would have been normal sized on any other airline). AVOID BE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Stop charging 50pounds for cabin baggage that don't quite fit your guide lines.I have travelled the world with my cabin bag & have never been treated with such indifference.30 pounds or under would be a more realistic amount to charge.

Booked this flight from Canada. Upon hearing the news that Flybe had stopped service I had to make other arrangements as advised by the media. I did not realise that there were two airlines with similar names. Upon reaching our destination having flown to Gatwick train to Southampton and then another train to Bournemouth a nine hour journey I was informed that it was another airline not Flybe head stopped flying. We used the return portion of the flight which was great. I am out at least £300 in expenses. Is there anyway through goodwill that I can receive a refund of the outward flight?
