I had a very helpful hand when I needed to change ticket flight in a stressful time. But I did not have the seat I payed for and I was told the luggage kg was different from the one I was told causeing a very difficult time .
Our flight, going out, from the UK to Mexico, with an English crew, was wonderful. Coming back wasn’t.

I am a diabetic and the chicken give on the first meal was simply unpalatable!
It's a bit cramped and the food is poor but much cheaper than the competition so can't complain about that.
First long haul flight where I felt the company was being stingy with everything. The food was horrible they didn't been bother giving us snacks in between. And my eardrums are damaged from the flight I had to go to the doctor fr it as I could not hear with my left ear. It was so painful and horrible. Will not be flying with Aeromexico I know they are cheap but I love comfort and my health more. I've flown with other companies (Turkish airline brussels airline etc...) economy and didn't have such horrible experience
The trip out was fine no complaints but the trip home was delayed by 6 hours and the service was extremely confusing stressful and never was any sort of apology or explanation given.
I got food poisoning from the food on the flight the chicken wasn’t cooked properly the seat I paid for wouldn’t play videos in English I was moved to a less spacious seat my journey was probably one of the worst I’ve experienced
The food was horrible both dinner and breakfast the Moslem food we request was not served on the way to Mexico they give a vegetarian meal to the customer say next to us whom didn't want it we had to ask to the crew for them to realize they gave it to the wrong person. Then in the morning same story. We didn't even bother to ask in the way back home as the food was awful anyway. It is the first time we ever complain for the food in a plane. We Will never use that company again
I had a catalogue of errors and problems on the return flight which left me stranded in Mexico City airport for 24 hours. People need to be aware that delayed connections due to weather are not compensated for at all. and the policy is not to put customers on another airline's flight if one is available. I think for a long distance trip such as this this is appalling
