A slightly cheaper seat for a child would be more desirable. Assistance at Birmingham airport as had to carry 2 x hand luggage and look after a four year old in the rain and climb a staircase to get into the airport.

Kept hostage in boarding lounge with no information for 2 hours as conection plane used for another flight. Jeopardising the arrival to Aberdeen airport which closes at 11:30 and arriving finally there at 11:25. Raising stress to the maximum. Horrible experience!!

On arriving at the check in desk i found that the reference number provided by yourselves was not recognized by Flybe and i wasn't even registered for the flight. I called your emergency number and after 5 minutes was put on hold for supposedly 2 minutes, i terminated the call after 15 minutes as your staff never got back to inform me what was happening, i then bought a ticket direct from FlyBe check in desk.
