Booked this flight from Canada. Upon hearing the news that Flybe had stopped service I had to make other arrangements as advised by the media. I did not realise that there were two airlines with similar names. Upon reaching our destination having flown to Gatwick train to Southampton and then another train to Bournemouth a nine hour journey I was informed that it was another airline not Flybe head stopped flying. We used the return portion of the flight which was great. I am out at least £300 in expenses. Is there anyway through goodwill that I can receive a refund of the outward flight?
