I am a young adult with needs and the airline looked after me and helped me through security and to the plane. A huge thank you for making my airport experience a positive and stress free one
I thought the additional charges to reserve a seat were excessive
I have no complaints at all. It is the first time I have travelled with Flybe and on my own. Being 75 years of age I was a little nervous but realised there was no need to be. Found baggage prices rather steep though.
Not to bad a bit cramped
flight was delayed making us miss our ferry. otherwise great flight and hostesses.
I was annoyed that a charge of £35 had to be made for our hand luggage on our return trip from Southampton as the check in girl said our bag was too big and had to go into the hold! This was not the case at Manchester where we had no charge made and I cannot understand why Southampton had to be different. This is harder to understand having seen larger bags than ours having been allowed through to the departure lounge. I feel aggrieved.
Flight was delayed. When explaining reason the pilot effectively blamed the airport and ground crew as they were waiting for a piece of equipment. Whilst this is factually true it came across a bit like passing the buck.
16.35 flight constantly delayed and eventually cancelled around 22.35pm. Information was very sketchy. No Flybe representation at all. Coaches arrived at 12.30am. Arrived in Southampton 4.30am.
Whilst I understand that weather can play havoc with aircraft schedules to be loaded on a plane at 10.15 in Manchester a flight due to depart at 8.50 and to sit on the runway till 10.45 to be then offloaded as Southampton has a 11.00 curfew is less than impressive. On top of this there was no instruction from FLYBE as to what happens next and to be expected to join a queue at 11.45 of over 100 passengers was not the way to handle a pretty dismal performance.
