When I booked my flight I told one of your advisor that i would like to depart Harare on 23/01/2020 & I emphasised that I did not want the midnight flight. I was so disappointed to find out that when I went to the airport i have missed my flight. There was no Kenya airways to ask & ended up sleeping at the airport. I had Togo to the offices the following day only to be told that I had to buy a new ticket. I am so disappointed with your service & would like to make a complaint. I would appreciate if you can give me your complaints procedure please
