My ticket was cancelled before I could actually travel. Agent informed. And I was charged £80-£120. Very sad thought this is really big Co. Never trust. I was still getting messages to prepare for travel so confusing. At the Airport I found out Agency never booked the ticket and still charged me. For what. Please don't go by the name never trust on big name very upset by the service when I was trying to attain function. The company has a policy I could cancel ticket if I can't travel. I was in hospital and on antibiotics but I had so much mess up. I ended up paying double money to attain important occasions as their system kept on throughing incorrect messages. It costed me £300 or so extra on top of my ticket. Don't know how many customers would have experienced this kind of problem. Just by running fake information co is ripping off customers. No system like your complaint is listened to. Beware of scam.

The seating was less comfortable than on the 45-minute flight to Moi international from Nairobi. Maybe swapping these can make for a more pleasant journey next time. The crew were friendly and professional

Four hours delayed at Heathrow. I am 87 years old. I was then quite ill on the flight. I fainted and had to be looked after by a paramedic the whole way. For an elderly person to have to endure this delay and the effect it had on me was horrible and frightening. No assistance or care for my condition whilst we waited was considered. Dreadful.
