Very good aground service
Very good low cost airline first time for me.
First time travelling from Southend, as live in the North West, so usually fly from Liverpool or Manchester, but Southend Airport was fantastic. Small airport which suits me, I find Manchester far too big. The staff were friendly and very helpful and everything ran smoothly. Will definitely fly from Southend again and I will recommend this airport to family and friends.
Slightly disappointed in provision for eating and drinking
I bit disappointed with the catering we arrived at 10.50 but they all declined to take a booking for breakfast as they said that at 11 they changed menus
Never quite seems to get finished but always being improved.
Simple to get around and straightforward
I work at Gatwick and rate it as an airport
Very busy as it was a bank holiday weekend
Obviously smaller/less facilities than LHR
I had not realised there were 2 terminals at Gatwick and was not told beforehand which to head for.
Crowed
I used to work there so the less time I spent there the better.
Why do Gatwick apply stupid rules about number of plastic bags for liquids that are not applied by any other airport? In Spain not even required to take out liquids from hand luggage
Put 2hand luggage £24 them other walk to the plane get some of there luggage took of them put in the hold easy jet don't charge but that what it is
£4 drop off/collect charge for passengers is excessive made my impression of London Luton Airport as expensive experience where possible I will avoid this airport.
Drop off point along walk to Terminal with a walking stick. There should be a notice giving approx. how long walk it is so that a person can decide to choose a help option.
