There was only one ladies toilet in the bathroom that had toilet roll. The hygiene of the airport as a whole was minimal. The provision of information to passengers was negligible and we were forced to queue with no explanation of how long we would be waiting at each stage. Again; we also watched baggage handlers unloading luggage from the previous flight by flinging it around with no consideration for the contents.

Boarding areas chaotic and not very well signed. Queuing system very poor, creating lines of people "all over the place". Calls for boarding being made far to early prior to the boarding actually being able to take place!
