Security was appallingly slow.
Difficult finding access to drop off . Very expensive to drop off or park. Should not charge for up to half an hour.
Staff need training in customer liaison and manners

Very good
Parking charges at this airport are horrendous
No problems on departure some difficulty finding way out on arrival the exits weren’t obviously marked
nice airport plenty of places to eat and lots of shops
Security at BHX is always a nighmare staff have limited social skills (compared to most major UK and international .airports). The process always seems to be hampered by rude inefficient staff.
Distressed by lack of free facilities just to drop off and pick-up I will not travel to Dublin again by air but will travel by car and ferry
It’s ok
As this was my first experience of flying /being at an airport I didn't know what to expect. Some staff wasn't very helpful and we're rude.
parking very expensive
There was an agent who was not helpful at all.
