Check in could have been a tad clearer. I checked in my luggage and was then told to check in. After spending nearly 15 minutes in a queue I was told I didn't need to as I'd done it on line. Why could'nt the first member of staff I had conact with have checked that?

I am 84 and use a walking stick. No staff seemed to notice this at this airport and ask if I wanted any help.
