Very pleasant departure lounge with lots of space
Always a pleasure - so quick and easy
Cafe very small
Terrible airport. Pre-paid parking didnt work - didnt recognise my car number plate. There was no boarding announcement. The check in staff were helpful after being told we had missed our flight as closed airplane less than 10 minutes before which was how long we were waiting in the check in q.
So easy.
All very good clean clear tannoy info.

Well organised polite staff. Faultless!
Everything was fine
Parking very expensive
I hate Gatwick. Loath it. Very little is done with the comfort of passengers in mind. Everything is done with an eye to maximising commerce. That first entrance from security where passengers are forced to walk the gauntlet on a glittering serpentine path through the dry free shop accompanied by music and strong perfume smells is an assault to all the senses. Too few seats and none built for comfort make the wait worse. How about a more gentle entrance and some comfort?
