The queue to have passports checked was so long all I could hear was crying babies. How is it that the women with small children are sent to the longest and slowest moving queue with no prams! Had it not been for my bags my child would have to sit on the floor waiting for an hour to get through passport control.

Luton Airport could not take a rainfall got flooded and therefore 2 hr delay of flight occurred on the top of that passport que has taken 2hrs as well.. And after eventually leaving the airport all the Luton trains were cancelled. Buses tickets were sold for few hours in advance. At 11pm at night there was no way to get home from the airport but using very expensive taxi or sleep in the hotel. Unbelievable! Never again Luton!

Like a building site and has been for so long. Road access to the site is poor but assume that will improve once the work is complete. We did like the quick drop off but it might be improved with slightly better signs not obvious you can use all the lines with everyone going down the first and creating a tail back.

Again shameful tactics to try to screw money out of you left right and centre. The charge for dropping off/picking up people is scandalous - indefensible. Particularly given the state of the place due to building works at the moment
