As it is only 12 kilometres away from central Barcelona, you can just take a commuter train run by Roadalies to Passeig de Gracia Station. You can also hop on the Orange Line run by Barcelona Metro, to reach the city centre conveniently. Aerobus is an option for those who want to arrive directly at Placa Catalunya. If you prefer traveling by taxis, there is no dearth of them outside the airport. Just ensure that you know it is going to cost much more than a bus or a train ride.
