The Marco Polo Airport is located just 6km north of the city. Most UK flights arrive at Marco Polo Airport and the flight takes more than two hours to get to Venice. Getting to the city from the airport is no stress at all. You can opt for a taxi or a bus from the airport to the nearest railway station. You can also hire a car to take you to your destination in the city.
