First time user. Great parking service- sat nav friendly. Terrible road links. Getting there in the dark with M11 junction closed got lost in diversions. Travelling alone unable to redirect sat nav as no stopping places on road.

I was lucky to be driven there. I did not use any restaurants or bars. Nor did I have access to a waiting room, my colleague and his wife had access to a VIP lounge.
