I never used this flight owing to wrong date wanted 9th October not September tried to cancel as soon as I relised wrong date but u have no system in place for mistakes completely unbelievable a company like yours has no system in place so I lost my money and didn't travel can u sort out a refund please
The prices should be more stable.the price difference between there and return made no sense
Nice clean plane with good seats. Just need a bit more take on luggage allowance
Perhaps it might be a good idea to have some organisation in plae when cleaning contrtractors are not available and erhaps it might be a good idea to have hot beverages on the plane when travelling for 3 hours.Going out delayed due to cleaneing contractors and rinbound same problem but were requested to leave the plac=ne while they cleaned it. Insects on the plane bitten to death. Due to poor organisation lost our slot for take off blaming Gatwick then having to wait for take off another 45 minutes. On arrival to UK banked for 45 minutes great fun will never travel with Enter Air again
