Flight was fine. What I thought was unfair when I bought my tickets my name went on the confirmation as Michael crossman crossman. My surname twice. I noticed this it too me ages to be able to get in touch with you. I was on hold for a very long time over 40 minutes I do not know how much this will cost. I was then charged 60 pounds to have it changed to enable me to fly. I am not sure how the error occurred no doubt my fault. You insist on everything thing being done on line not everyone finds this easy. I just felt this was unfair. I have used your service many times but this will make me think again
