very good flights and both on time. was a bit disappointed at the length of time between flights though. had 7 hours to wait in kiev to get back to London.

Ukraine Airlines should realise that the currency of the UK is £ not Euros or dollars. Payment on board was reluctantly accepted in £ but notes only but change was given in Euro coins! completely useless in the UK so a £2 cup of tea effectively cost £5. Quite ridiculous!
Pressure on flight was intense
Poor service due to lack of staff. Only 2 stuwards were serving.
flight was good but i received my new bag damaged at Borispil and i made a claim to UIA and i hope they respect my rights as a client and pay me my compensation !!
It was a worst flight ✈️ ever . I have travelled quite a lots but my last flight was nightmare . We were hold and delay for 2 hours in Ukraine ,and we felt so hot , then we need to ask for water , the staff was not happy that we even need to drink water , this was unbelievable ,we were so disappointed .
My flight was at 5:30 am from AMS-JFK they announced it that the flight got an hour delay their Montitor changed to 6:30 am instead of 5:30 . When I went to check in my luggage at 4:30 they said that the flight is closed and I?m going to miss my flight because I?m late!!! I kept telling them and showing them their own Monitor which was saying the fligh got an hour delay but they kept saying no the flight leaves at 5:30 and you are late!!! I was lucky that the other passenger showed up and said the same thing that he was told we have an hour delay and 6:30 is a new departure !!! So finally they let us go and we only had 15 min to go through the security and the custome and get into the plane !! We managed to make it but it was terrible and so stress ful !! We had to run all the way from the check in area to the plane and it was terrible and so unnecessary to be in such a rush !!! The awful part was that they wouldn?t accept their own mistake !! They did change the flight time from 5:30 to 6:30 but they didn?t want to admit ! When I arrived in Ukraine they wanted to charge me $100 for my carry on because the gate agent told me I can?t have a carry on and also a purse !!! I told her that I could check two luggages for free but she didn?t accept my words . She asked me to pay $100 in order to take my luggage with me . She also told me that you can?t put anything underneath the seat and since you already have a carry on you are not allowed to have another one !!! She made me so late that I was going to miss my connection !!! I was lucky enough that the other gate agent who saw me talking with the other gate agent came towards me and I told her what?s going on and she said you are allowed to bring two items and also she looked at my booking and realized that I can actually check two luggages for free so she just went ahead and checked my carry on for me for free!!! On top of all the drama I had when I arrived in JFK I didn?t receive my luggage !!! And I was told that I will get it hopefully by this Friday !!! So terrible experience!!! I?m so very disappointed and unsatisfied !! I would never ever fly with them anymore !!
The worst travel experience I ever had! How dare you ask me about it? I never did this trip because Air Ukraine has canceled my flight without give me any notice, and now you don't want refund me, ignoring my requests! You are totally unreliable, I strongly recommend stay away from you!
