I have never travelled in time with Easyjet. There is no information given why there is a delay and there is almost always not enough room for cabin luggage so a mad scramble to take essentials out of the case ensues.
Delays were the only complaint. Overall good value for money the easyJet staff were very helpul and welcoming.
the flight was late with no explanation. Even the fact it would be late was not put up on the board until almost the time the gate should have been closing. Plane parked a long way from airport with crowded buses and only one set of steps so took a very long time to board. Crew were fine seats were fine but the experience surrounding it not great
More clear luggage and friendly staff at the drop-off desk would be highly appreciated.
Flight got cancelled waiting at airport for 8 hrs. Before being told. In that 8 hrs coukd not find anyone to asked questions. Then wgen we did, we were promised full refund for both flights(return flight as well)all l received was £12.66. Not happy.
