Online check-in with Vueling
When to check-in:
If you’ve selected a seat when buying the flight, or if you opted for the Optima or Excellence Vueling Fares, the online check-in can be done from the moment you buy the ticket up to 4 hours before departure.
In case you’re flying from Lisbon, Cardiff, Lyon, Prague, Oporto, Frankfurt or London Heathrow there are different check-in rules since it can only be done 24 hours before departure.
How to check-in:
Check-in can be done directly on Vueling’s website or via the mobile app and all you need to provide is the booking reference code and the airport of origin. Afterwards you’ll be able to receive the boarding pass in 3 formats:
- printed in PDF format.
- on your mobile via a SMS.
- or in the Vueling app for iPhone and Android devices.
Special rules
There are some types of passengers that might have to do the check-in directly at the airport on the check-in desk, such as passengers travelling with a baby or with a pet, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.
