Cheap flights to Belfast arrive at one of two airports: Belfast International Airport and George Best Belfast City Airport. Belfast International Airport or Aldergrove Airport handles both international and domestic flights, whilst George Best Belfast City Airport is mainly for flights within Ireland and the UK. There are also a few international flights.

    The airport is located roughly two miles or eight minutes by taxi from the city centre.

    Transport options

    The Airport Express 600 stops at the Belfast Europa Bus Centre in the city. By train (Translink), get off at Sydenham station. If driving, get on the A2 or take M1 and M2 and follow signs to the airport or downtown.

    The international airport is located 18 miles north-west of the city centre.

    Transport options

    Take Airport Express 300 that will bring you to the centre by bus. Travel time is estimated between 30-40 minutes. Airporter operates a coach service between the airport and the north west. If opting for a car hire, drive on the M2 (northbound) and A57 until the airport.
