A very good experience
Very convenient airport for me.
Tax free shops are small.
Airport is great
I love the fact that it is so SMALL, and thus so easy and quick to use.
I would like my money back.
Pleasant experience all round
very stressful. my first time so unfamiliar with check in for boarding pass. found check in desk helpful even if member of staff mumbled to ask if I would like the earlier flight but her assurance that my hold bag being swapped to cabin baggage wasn't matched by experience - security was incredibly strict and inconsistent with other airports in relation to inhalers. cabin bags had to be tagged, put on a trolley for hold storage and when plane was faulty, had to retrieve bags from same trolley (unaccompanied so anyone could have taken bags off there) and then go through the same process again later with replacement aircraft. announcements minimal at airport. no vouchers/compensation offered at the time for inconvenience.
this has become a veyr nice airport conveinet and efficient.
The layout was good,we parked our car at the airport for easy access
The loud speaker comments need to be slowed down. Very difficult to hear when people gabble...especially when one has a hearing loss. Really need deaf awareness for the staff and they need to remember it. All staff should simulate deafness and then they would understand
If I was rating Aer Lingus only, this would be five stars
Great experience , will use again .
Please do not charge for dropping off or picking up by car if under ten minutes this does not make for good customer relations, and you feel used as a client
Upgrades are good. Much to offer
never flying ba again
