How to get to the city centre

All flights from Kathmandu to London arrive at London Heathrow and London Gatwick Airports. London Heathrow is situated about 32km from the west of central London. London Gatwick is situated 5km north of Crawley in West Sussex, and 47.5km south of London city centre. Getting to the city from the two airports is easy.

If you arrive at London Gatwick airport, you can opt for a Gatwick Express train, which runs from the airport to Victoria Station in central London. From Heathrow, you can opt for the Heathrow Connect or Heathrow Express trains, which both run from the airport terminal to the city centre.
