RyanAir was absolutely terrible. Their online check-in was byzantine and misleading, and their seating algorithm was mean and visibly exasperating both passengers and staff. The flight was delayed on top of everything else. The staff were pleasant, though that seems like a heroic effort in spite of their nasty employers.
