Communication between staff and customers sadly lacking.
It was fine..no bells and whistles but comfy punctual and polite staff.
I have complained about your poor service with delays lack of food on your airline and your ground crew in Rome to be very rude and disrespectful
Our flight out to Rome was terrible! The tidiness of the cabin and the language barrier with the air hostesses
The plane was almost 3 hours late. I was promised an option to fly the next day as the delay meant I could not get to my destination 2 hours outside of Rome that night. After leaving the airport assured I was then told I could not fly and would not be able to fly at any later date.
If it’s stated in their policy that passengers should take 1 hand luggage only in the cabin then they should stick with this. There were people with 2 hand luggage put up in the cabins and us with one hand luggage only were asked to put it under the front seat - which would have been very uncomfortable since it was already economy flight .
