flight out was fine but I was unable to check in on line on the return flight without paying to reserve a seat approximately another 14 pounds sterling. If you do not want to choose a seat you are advised to select random seat but in my case there were no random seats left so I had to pay the reservation fee.
The worst flying experience of my life.
I wasn’t satisfied at all with this airline. I felt they were expensive for the service they offered. My flight home got cancelled and it was 4 hours before I knew what the plan to get home was. Communication was terrible and organisation not good at all.
Dreadful. I was nto allowed to baord due to "high winds" at FLO. The wind was 12kph. We were driven to Rome airport promsied accommodation at the hotel and a 6am flight the next day. No-one was at Rome airport to meet us. After 30 mins milling about I ascertained that there were two hotels on the airport. Neither had a reservation for us. I booked myslef in to the Hiton as it was 2140 by this time. I called Vueling's help line. No answer. My hotel costs were Euro250. I also claim 250 for the 18 hours delay. I have no response from Vueling or you.
The flight was delayed for more than 6 hours. At the end we landed in Rome and a coach bus took us all the way to Florence. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
