Goa airports

The state of Goa has only one airport which hosts all flights to Goa and is located in the city of Dabolim.

  • Goa International Airport

    Top airlines

The top carriers for cheap flights to and from Goa International Airport are Air India, Oman Air Airways, and Jet Airways.

    Location

It is located at Dabolim, at a distance of 30kms from the capital, and 4kms from Vasco de Gama city.

    Transport options

Your best option to get to the cities from the airport is to take a taxi to Vasco de Gama which is very close; from there you can travel to the capital city in bus, and then navigate to most other cities. Buses also run from the airport to other cities but are often crowded and irregular. You can take a direct pre-paid taxi to Panaji from right outside the terminals for around 400-500 INR; the journey should be about 40 minutes long. A mere kilometre away is the Dabolim Rail Station which connects to other cities of Goa and to other states as well. Car rental from the airport is also an option.
